CentralNic Group PLC - London-based proprietary software platforms developer - Non-Executive Director Max Royde buys 87,930 shares at an average price of £1.49 each on Monday. The transaction value is £131,063. Royde is a partner of Kestrel Partners LLP and a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities, and so is deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities’ entire holding in CentralNic.

On January 3, CentralNic declared Kestrel Partners bought 73,805 CentralNic shares for an average price of GB1.49. Kestrel Partners bought a further 87,270 shares for an average price of £1.52, as declared on January 9. Kestrel Opportunities now holds 17.9 million shares in CentralNic.

Current stock price: 145.00 pence, down 1.0%
