N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based clothing and footwear retailer whose brands include JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo - Says Non-Executive Director Joshua Alliance, son of former chair & Non-Executive Director David Alliance, buys 355,000 shares at £0.4175 each on Monday, worth £148,213.
Separately, the company says Homa Alliance, wife of David Alliance, buys 640,000 shares at £0.40625 each, worth £260,000 on Friday.
David Alliance served as chair from 1968 to 2021. In total, they have bought 995,000 shares for £408,213.
