Goodbody Health Ltd on Wednesday said it has continued to make significant progress with extending its phlebotomy services, after signing a contract with Thriva Ltd.

Goodbody is a Somerset, England-based aggregator of health and wellness services and products. With over 52 products, tests include blood, genetic, covid and other diagnostic solutions, with more than 200,000 tests completed to date. Thriva is a UK-based health technology company with over 500,000 customers.

The partnership will initially start as a trial with 82 of the Goodbody clinics, though others are expected to be added, allowing for a longer-term relationship. Goodbody didn’t provide financial details for the deal.

‘We are very excited about this trial with Thriva as it continues to utilise the network of phlebotomists and latest technology we have built, and will continue to build, to support Goodbody and its partners to provide customers with accurate results and increased positive outcomes,’ said Chief Executive Officer George Thomas.

Tom Livesey, co-founder of Thriva added: ‘Partnering with Goodbody further extends our reach for testing services, offering convenient and accessible clinics in an ever-growing network.’

Goodbody shares last traded at 2.60 pence each in London on Aquis Stock Exchange. The company has a £912,407 market capitalisation.
