LSL Property non-executive chair steps down after nine years on board

LSL Property Services PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Chair Bill Shannon will step down from the board at the company’s next annual general meeting.

The Newcastle-based estate agency’s annual general meeting is expected to be in May.

Shannon joined the board in January 2014 and has been chair since April 2021. LSL has begun the search to appoint a new non-executive chair

Shares in LSL were down 3.3% to 256.40 pence each in London on Monday around midday.
