Datalex PLC - Dublin-based software company in digital commerce for travel retail - Says Chief Financial Officer Dan Creedon will step down from the board, effective June 30. Says Creedon will remain focused on delivering 2022 annual report and results, alongside ensuring a ‘seamless and coordinated’ transition of his responsibilities. Says search for his successor is underway and that a further update will be issued when appropriate.

Chief Executive Officer Sean Corkery says: ‘Dan has been a valued colleague and had a tremendous impact as Chief Financial Officer during an important phase in the Company’s return to growth.’

Outgoing CFO Creedon adds: ‘When I joined Datalex, I was tasked with implementing stringent financial and regulatory reporting processes. I am proud of what we, the finance team, have put in place and believe that the current procedures will stand to Datalex as it strives for further success. I wish my colleagues the very best and firmly believe that Datalex will go from strength to strength.
