Cordel Group PLC - London-based artificial intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics - Says Chief Financial Officer Robert Lojszczyk has notified the board of his retirement. Lojszczyk will step down from the board on April 30.
Thouraya Walker has been appointed as Cordel’s new CFO in his place. She will take up her new position on April 1 to allow a handover period, and will be appointed to the board on or around April 30.
Walker previously held roles at Mazars LLP, Standard Chartered Bank and Oliver Wyman Ltd.
Chair Ian Buddery says: ‘We are delighted to secure Thouraya as our new CFO. Thouraya is a UK-based chartered accountant with a blend of start-up, scale up and public company experience across the financial services and technology industries, all of this experience being very relevant to Cordel.’
