Hummingbird Resources PLC - gold producer, developer and explorer in West Africa - Raises £617,046 from open offer of shares to existing shareholders. Applications for 7.9 million new shares are received at 7.79 pence each, the same price as used for a $15 million investment from African investment company CIG SA. Hummingbird Finance Director Thomas Hill buys 83,339 of the open offer shares.
