Trafalgar Property non-executive chair resigns due to health reasons

Trafalgar Property Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Chair James Dubois has resigned due to health reasons.

The AIM-listed, south-east England-focused residential property developer said his operational duties will be handled by Chief Executive Officer Paul Treadaway going forward.

Dubois joined the Trafalgar Property board in May 2012 and held 400,000 shares in the company as of Friday.

‘On behalf of the board, I would like to thank James for his years of dedication and contribution. We wish him a speedy recovery and all the very best for the future,’ said Treadaway.

Shares in Trafalgar Property were down 2.4% to 0.12 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
