Genuit COO Martin Pullen to leave without replacement

Genuit Group PLC on Wednesday said Chief Operating Officer Martin Pullen will leave his role and the board on April 28, with the company not intending to appoint a successor.

The Leeds, England-based plastic pipes manufacturer, formerly known as Polypipe, said Pullen will stay as advisor until the end of June. Meanwhile, Genuit appointed strategy & marketing director Martin Gisbourne as chief strategy & sustainability officer.

Genuit shares fell 3.0% to 261.50 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
