TI Fluid Systems PLC on Thursday confirmed that Alexander De Bock has joined the company and has been appointed chief financial officer.
TI Fluid Systems is an Oxfordshire-based maker of automotive fluid storage, carrying, delivery, and thermal management systems for light vehicles.
The company said Bock will join as CFO in November 2022.
Also effective Thursday, Ron Hundzinski has stepped down as an executive director of the company and CFO. However, Hundzinski will remain with TI Fluid through the month of April to continue and complete the orderly transition with Bock.
Hundzinski joined TI Fluid as CFO in January 2020.
Chair Tim Cobbold said: ‘I am delighted that Alex has now joined the Board and been appointed CFO of the TI Group. We are confident that Alex’s experience as a CFO, coupled with his background in the automotive industry, will allow him to capably guide and support our business in the near term as well as help lead our ongoing strategic transition to electrification.’
Shares in TI Fluid Systems closed 1.2% higher at 104.40 pence on Thursday in London.
