Impax Asset Management Group PLC - London-based environmental investment trust - Says assets under management for the three months ended March 31 amounts to £40.12 billion, up 5.7% from £37.95 billion a quarter ago. Says the total AuM includes net flows of £326 million and £1.84 billion of market movements and foreign exchange.

Chief Executive Officer Ian Simm says: ‘Impax has delivered a solid quarter of growth, despite challenging macroeconomic and inflationary market conditions. We have reported positive net flows as asset owners and their advisors continue to be attracted to Impax’s specialist focus on investing in the opportunities arising from the transition to a more sustainable economy.’

Current stock price: 810.00 pence each, up 3.1% on Tuesday morning in London
