Seeing Machines Ltd - Canberra-based driver-monitoring technology company - Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Ltd, closely associated with Seeing Machines Non-Executive Director Michael Brown, buys 500,000 shares at 5.50p each, worth £27,500, in London on Wednesday. Following transaction, Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) is interested in 635.1 million shares, a 15.29% stake.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor focusing on domestic businesses in Georgia - Apex Group Fiduciary Services, acting as trustee of the JSC Georgia Capital Executive Equity Compensation Trust, buys 100,000 shares at £7.81 each, worth £781,000, in London on Thursday. The trust now hold 4.4 million shares, a 9.5% stake. The trust holds the shares for the purpose of satisfying awards to be awarded to beneficiaries of the trust.
