Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - Isle of Man-based United States focused lithium exploration company - says Non-Executive Deputy Chair Jim Mellon buys 8.0 million shares at 4.5 pence each, worth £360,000 on Thursday, via Galloway Ltd. Mellon now holds a 18.7% stake in Bradda via Galloway, which he indirectly wholly owns. Chief Financial Officer Denham Eke is also a director of Galloway, Bradda notes.

Current stock price: 6.09 pence, up 26% on Friday
