Launches an ‘accelerated’ search for his replacement, with the aim of appointing a new non-executive chair on May 2.
Pepyn Dinandt, who has been nominated by Crystal Amber Fund Ltd and who has indicated his willingness to serve, will be a candidate in this process.
On Wednesday, De La Rue reported it had been by demand for banknotes sinking to a more than 20-year low.
