888 Holdings PLC - Gibraltar-based online betting and gaming company - Executive Chair Jon Mendelsohn buys 100,000 shares at 68.4 pence each, worth £68,400, in London on Friday. Shares in the company added 20% on Friday, after it said annual revenue was £1.24 billion in 2022, up 74% from £712.3 million in 2021, but it swung to a pretax loss of £115.7 million from a profit of £56.0 million, due to exceptional costs and adjusting items of £184.8 million. However, adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation amounted to £217.9 million, up from £119.7 million.

Elementis PLC - London-based speciality chemicals company - Chief Financial Officer Ralph Hewins sells 44,872 shares at £1.184 each, worth £53,128, in London on Friday. Says the shares were sold to satisfy tax and related liabilities.

Serco Group PLC - Hampshire-based outsourcer - Chief Executive Officer of Serco Asia Pacific Peter Welling buys 56,682 shares at £1.542 each, worth £87,404, in London on Friday.
