ME Group International PLC - instant-service equipment firm formerly know as Photo-Me International - Declares a special dividend of 0.6 pence per share for the financial year that ended on October 31, bringing the total dividend for financial 2022 to 12.7p per share. This is up significantly from 2.89p the year prior. Says going forward, it will seek to pay annual dividends in excess of 50% of its annual profit after tax, subject to market and capital requirements.

Looking ahead, ME says trading in the financial year has progressed well and in line with expectations. Expects to achieve revenue of between £280 million and £300 million, and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of between £95 million and £105 million.

In financial 2022, revenue was up 21% to £259.8 million from £214.4 million the year before. Pretax profit was up 42% to £92.2 million from £65.1 million.
