Dianomi PLC - London-based digital advertising platform - Swings to annual profit of £1.1 million in 2022, from a loss of £618,000 in 2021. Revenue is almost flat at £35.9 million compared to £35.8 million. Administrative expenses fell to £9.0 million from £10.3 million, amid no initial public offering costs compared to £637,000. Cost of sales increase to £26.1 million from £25.5 million. Looking ahead, says company is in an ‘optimal position to benefit from a return of confidence among advertisers,’ with 2023 starting in line with own expectations.

Chief Executive Officer Rupert Hodson says: ‘We are entering a new chapter for Dianomi given recent management changes which has led to new talent joining the company providing fresh impetus across the business. Our pipeline of new prospects is good and we continue to enjoy a strong balance sheet which underpins our ability to invest in strategic opportunities as they arise.’
