Pantheon International PLC on Friday said that net asset value per share decreased at the end of March against the previous month.
The investment trust focused on private equity assets managed by third-party managers said NAV per share at March 31 was 456.6 pence, down 1.5% from 463.4 pence at February 28.
Total private equity assets fell to £2.40 billion from £2.44 billion over the month.
In March, Pantheon invested £1.8 million in share buybacks, acquiring 750,000 shares at a weighted average price of 234.0p per share.
‘Although the company made no new commitments during the month, PIP’s pipeline points to an active period for new investments in the coming months,’ said Pantheon.
Pantheon International shares were trading 0.4% lower at 239.11 pence each in London on Friday morning.
