Terance Butler now holds 23.2 million shares, an 18.44% stake.

M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Incoming Independent Non-Executive Chair Zillah Byng-Thorne buys 143,536 shares at 174p each, worth £249,753, in London on Friday. This is Byng-Thorne’s only holding and represents a 0.12% stake. Byng-Thorne’s appointment to the board of the company is expected to be effective from June 15.

VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd - fund of investment manager VinaCapital, investing in listed, private equity state-owned enterprise assets in Vietnam - Asia Investment and Finance Limited, a subsidiary of VinaCapital, buys 50,000 shares at £4.22 each, worth £211,000, in London on Friday. VinaCapital now holds 2.9 million VOF shares, a 1.83% stake. On Wednesday last week, Asia Investment & Finance Ltd bought 50,000 shares at £4.35 each.
