Unemployment in Ireland eased last month, according to numbers from the Central Statistics Office on Thursday.
The unemployment rate fell to 3.9% in April from 4.0% in March. A year earlier, the jobless rate was 4.6%.
The number of unemployed people fell 1,400 on-month and 15,200 on-year in April.
