JD Sports Fashion PLC - Lancashire, England-based multichannel retailer of branded athleisure wear - Hires Dominic Platt as chief financial officer. Platt is currently CFO of BGL Group Ltd, owner of Compare the Market, and will Join JD Sports later this year. He is replacing Neil Greenhalgh, who last October announced he was stepping down from a post has occupied since 2018. Greenhalgh will stay on until the summer to publish JD’s annual report and to ensure an ‘orderly transition’.
Chief Executive Officer Regis Schultz says: ‘We are delighted to welcome Dominic to JD. He brings strong international and public company expertise and a wealth of experience in consumer-focused businesses.’
