Entain PLC - Isle of Man-based gaming company, owner of Ladbrokes and Coral - Robert Hoskin is stepping down as chief governance officer. Hoskin will leave the board on June 30 but remain at Entain until August 31. No reason is given for resignation. Hoskin joined Entain in 2005, was promoted to CGO in October 2020, and joined the board in 2021. Entain has decided to restructure ‘certain responsibilities’ including regulatory affairs. General Counsel Simon Zingler will take on Hoskins’ other responsibilities.

Hoskin says: ‘Entain has been through a period of extraordinary transformation in recent times, and now has strong credentials as a best-in-class, responsible operator with outstanding governance and a clear commitment to sustainability in all its forms. I am truly honoured to have had the opportunity of playing a part in that extraordinary journey’.
