K3 Business Technology Group PLC - Manchester, England-based business-critical software solutions provider focusing on fashion and apparel brands - On Friday, Kestrel Partners LLP buys, on behalf of discretionary clients, 725,444 shares at an average price of £0.90242 each, worth £654,655 in total. Points out Oliver Scott, a non-executive director of K3, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel. Scott is also a shareholder in one of Kestrel’s clients and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities’ entire legal holding in the company. Adds Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 12.6 million shares or around 28% of the company’s shares.
