Surgical Innovations Group PLC - Leeds, England-based surgical & medical instrument manufacturer - Names Jonathan Glenn as senior independent non-executive director and chair-designate with immediate effect. Says Glenn has track record in the medical device sector. He currently is non-executive chair of medical device company Tissue Regenix PLC and formerly was chief executive officer of drug delivery devices supplier Consort Medical PLC from 2007 to 2020. Says Glenn will succeed Nigel Rogers as chair upon announcement of interim results in September.
