VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - London-based investor in sustainable energy infrastructure - Declares 1.38 pence per share interim dividend for first quarter, up 10% from 1.25p in the prior year. Reaffirms target annual dividend of 5.52p per share. Says portfolio income ‘has remained robust’ with declining power prices having limited impact on revenue. Dividend coverage should strengthen as more projects become operational. Net asset value at March 31 is 112.3p per share, up 3.8% from 108.2p at December 31. Company says increase is mainly due to reduced discount rates across its portfolio, strong operational performance in cash generated assets, the continued strong performance of its Australian solar photovoltaic asset, and a 10th solar site in Brazil achieving operational status.
