Hill & Smith PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based infrastructure construction company - Executive Chair Alan Giddins buys 44,000 shares in two separate transactions in London, worth £632,734 in total. On Wednesday Giddens bought 20,000 shares at £14.25 each and on Thursday he bought 24,000 shares at £14.49 each.

Avon Protection PLC -Wiltshire, England-based personal protection equipment company - Chief Financial Officer Rich Cashin buys 10,000 shares at £8.53 each, worth £85,300, in London on Tuesday.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on UK grocery stores - Steve Windsor, a director of the trust’s adviser, buys 87,213 shares via Tilford Holdings Ltd at £0.7797 each. The shares are worth £68,000 in total and were bought in London on Friday. Windsor now interested in 1.5 million shares.
