Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based mining company - Announces the company has been formally placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation. Kevin Ley and Clare Lloyd of Evelyn Partners LLP have been appointed joint liquidators. Following the appointment, Gati Al-Jebouri and Guy Le Bel resigned as directors.

In May, Pembridge requested the suspension of its shares, following its announcement that it was unlikely to receive C$2.0 million, around £1.2 million, due from Minto Metals Corp, its principal asset. This followed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organisation issuing a cease to trading order of Minto Metals Corp.

Current stock price: suspended, last quoted at 0.20 pence
