UP Global Sourcing Holdings PLC - Manchester-based owner of homeware brands, including Salter and Beldra - Agrees to terms on a lease renewal for its 240,000 square foot warehouse facility, Heron Mill. Says the lease is for a period of seven years to April 13, 2030, with annual rent of £387,500 to be renewed four years from the lease renewal. Heron Mill is in Oldham, Greater Manchester, and is owned by Heron Mill Ltd.
