Chapel Down Group PLC - Tenterden, Kent-based sparkling wine maker - Michael Spencer, the billionaire founder of interdealer broker ICAP, joins board as non-executive director, effective immediately. Spencer holds a 28.8% stake in Chapel Down. He replaces Selina Emeny, who steps down immediately.
