Redcentric PLC - Harrogate, England-based IT service management company - Confirms delay on publication of results for the year ended March 31. Had said in April that they would be published on Wednesday, but now says it is still concluding their finalisation as audit is not yet complete. However Redcentric reiterates full year guidance, expecting revenue to increase to £141.8 million in financial 2023 from £93.3 million the previous year. It also expects earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation to increase to £24.8 million from £23.7 million, and adjusted net debt to grow to £35.5 million from £1.5 million.

Current stock price: 128.50 pence, down 2.1% on Monday
