Upland Resources Ltd - oil and gas assets in Malaysia, Tunisia and the UK North Sea - Says a director and senior management of Upland and its joint venture partner in Sarawak Big Oil Ventures Sdn Bhd on Monday buy 13.3 million shares at 0.6 pence each, worth £80,000. Doesn’t name the buyers.
