CentralNic Group PLC on Monday said it has secured a ‘significant’ deal with online travel agency Booking.com, as well as other partnerships with platforms such as Klarna and Sovrn.
The London-based internet services holding company that develops and manages online marketplaces said its commercial offering, Zeropark, will help boost Amsterdam-based Booking.com’s holiday bookings through targeted ad campaigns.
CentralNic also announced on Monday Zeropark’s promotion to tier 1 demand partner for the Colorado-based publisher technology platform, Sovrn Inc. Under this contract, Zeropark will have access to Sovrn’s premium placements, CentralNice said.
CentralNic added that the Stockholm-based buy now, pay later platform, Klarna Bank AB, has become a direct publisher on Zeropark’s network.
The company also said its ad tracker Voluum launched a new integration with e-commerce platform Shopify Inc to increase its ad, product and page performance.

Shares in CentralNic were up 0.4% at 130.54 pence each in London on Monday morning.
