Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Chief Financial Officer Adam Jones buys 100,000 shares at £1.95, worth £195,240, on Tuesday. Managing Partner Jonathan Hughes buys 40,000 shares at £1.97 on Wednesday, having also bought 40,000 shares on Monday.

Literacy Capital PLC - London-headquartered investment trust, which makes long-term investments in private UK businesses and donates to literacy and education charities - Independent Director Kevin Dady sells 20,000 shares at £4.90 each, worth £98,000, in London on Wednesday. Earlier this month, Dady sold 50,000 shares.

Team17 Group PLC - Wakefield, England-based developer of video games, educational entertainment apps for children, and working simulation games - Non-Executive Director Peter Whiting buys 20,900 shares at 308.9 pence, worth £64,560, on Wednesday. On Tuesday, Team17 had reported a 27% fall in pretax profit in the first half of the year, as expense increases outpaced revenue growth.

Naked Wines PLC - Norwich, England-based online wine seller - Non-Executive Director Jack Pailing buys 91,813 shares at prices ranging from £0.60 to £0.66, worth £57,892, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Now interested in 469,202 shares, a 0.6% stake. On Tuesday, Naked Wines had reported a swing to pretax loss in the financial year that ended April 3, due to impairments.
