SSP Group PLC - London-based travel food and beverage outlet operator - Chief Executive Officer Patrick Coveney buys 75,000 shares at £1.99, worth £149,475, on Thursday.

Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Chief Scientific Officer Nick Challoner sells 2,846 shares at £48.45, worth £137,902, on Tuesday.

Zoo Digital Group PLC - Sheffield-based localization and digital distribution services for entertainment industry - Chief Executive Officer Stuart Green buys 125,000 shares at 40.0p, worth £50,000, on Thursday. Green now has 11.6 million shares, an 11.8% stake. Zoo Digital shares were down 20% on Thursday afternoon, after the company warned before the market open that the Hollywood writers and actors strike continues to ‘significantly’ harm its business.
