ACG Acquisition Co Ltd on Thursday said its Chief Financial Officer Carole Whittall has decided to step down.
ACG Acquisition is a special purpose acquisition company focused on new economy metals and other mining materials.
ACG said Whittall will resign on Friday.
In her place, the company’s Financial Controller Nick Box will pick up the role of acting CFO.
