All Things Considered Group PLC on Friday said it appointed a new executive director to the board with immediate effect, specifically as director of legal and business affairs.

The London-based music firm, which provides talent management, live booking and livestreaming, appointed Emma Stoker as director of business affairs in 2016. It said she was a key member of the senior leadership team overseeing the group’s business and legal affairs, and helped guide All Things Considered through its Aquis listing in December 2021.

‘As a highly valued member of the team, we are delighted to appoint Emma to the board of ATC group. Her wealth of relevant sector experience and expertise will help strengthen the board at ATC as we continue to grow,’ said Chief Executive Officer Adam Driscoll.

‘Emma has been instrumental in the company’s [initial public offering] and ongoing business affairs and we look forward to continuing to work with her at this exciting time as we further develop the business.’

Shares in All Things Considered were untraded at 87.50 pence each on AQSE in London on Friday morning.
