Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd - International oil and gas exploration, production and development company with production and development operations focused in Converse and Natrona counties, Wyoming - Appoints Atul Gupta as a non-executive director effective November 2. Further, says Robert Chenery has stepped down from his role as director.

Shuka Minerals PLC - Africa-focused mine operator and developer - Appoints Quinton van der Burgh as its new non-executive chair and director. Also names Allen Zimbler and Marcel Nally as independent non-executive directors effective immediately. Nicholas Von Schirnding and Andre Hope have stepped down as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Psych Capital PLC - London-based psychedelic medicines media firm and investor - Following the completion of life science company Shortwave Pharma Inc, reports board changes. Chief Executive of Shortwave Pharma, Rivki Stern Youdkevich, becomes Chief Executive of Psych Capital. Roy Kait joins as non-executive director. Joseph Colliver has resigned as non-executive chair.
