Dispensa Group PLC - London-based e-commerce and retail technology aggregator of sustainable brands - Chief Executive Alessandro Colombo steps down for ‘pressing personal reasons.’ Agrees to step down immediately. Colombo was appointed as CEO in October this year.

Daniele Besnati has been re-appointed Interim CEO, a role he held immediately prior to Colombo’s appointment.

‘A further announcement regarding a new permanent appointment will be made in due course,’ Dispensa adds.

Current stock price: 3.50 pence, down 6.7% on Thursday afternoon
