BWA Group PLC - company which has mineral exploration licences in Cameroon and Canada - Releases results for the 18 months to June 30, compared to calendar year 2021. The company in June changed its financial year to end on June 30, changed from formerly being in line with the calendar year. Pretax loss for the 18-month period is £53,202, compared to a profit of £79,690 in 2021. Notably, loses £586 on revaluation of investments, compared to a £56,760 gain in 2021. ‘Over the 18-month period, activity in Cameroon has been directed towards continuing exploration work in the two, original, licence areas and preliminary work on the three new licence areas,’ the company highlights. Looking ahead, BWA expects to continue to operationally exist in the foreseeable future.
