Brooks Macdonald Group PLC - London-based wealther manager - Hires Maarten Slendebroek to be chair, joining the board as a non-executive director immediately. Slendebroek replaces Acting Chair Richard Price, who will step down from the board after serving for nine years. Notes that Slendebroek was chief executive officer of Jupiter Fund Management PLC for five years from 2014. He has been chair of the supervisory board of Robeco Institutional Asset Management BV since 2020.
