Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC - London-based jet engine maker - Non-Executive Director Stuart Bradie buys 95,437 shares at £2.60, worth £248,136, on Wednesday. The purchases come after Rolls-Royce on Tuesday said it plans to exit Rolls-Royce Electric in the short run or reduce its position to a minority stake, as it laid out new medium-term targets. Rolls-Royce Electric is trying to make electric power and propulsion systems for greener aeroplanes.

AO World PLC - Bolton, England-based online electricals retailer - Non-Executive Director Chris Hopkinson buys 305,036 shares via Hopkinson Consultants Pension Scheme at 85 pence, worth £259,281, on Friday last week.

ASA International Group PLC - microfinance provider for entrepreneurs, primarily women, in South Asia, South East Asia, West and East Africa - Chief Executive Officer Karin Kersten buys 110,000 shares on Monday and Tuesday at 42.02p and 46.64p, respectively, worth £49,660 in total.

DSW Capital PLC - Warrington, England-based professional services firm trading under Dow Schofield Watts brand - Chief Executive James Dow buys 148,000 shares at 53p, worth £78,440, on Tuesday. Now has 3.5 million shares, a 16% stake.
