EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Valereum hires CFO, Aptitude keeps Curran as CEO

The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Aptitude Software Group PLC - London-based subscription management and finance digitalisation company - Acting Chief Executive Officer Alex Curran is appointed as permanent CEO, effective immediately. Curran joined the board and assumed the acting CEO position in July. Chair Ivan Martin says he has since then ‘driven a client and partner focus across all areas of the business and has further developed the organisation’s readiness to take advantage of the opportunity in Fynapse, the group’s next generation finance platform.’ Curran was previously Aptitude’s CEO for North America, and replaces Jeremy Suddards who stepped down in July.

Valereum PLC - Gibraltar-based company linking mainstream currency products into cryptocurrencies - Hires Karl Moss as new chief financial officer. Moss has served as CFO of i2 Analytical Ltd since 2016. Valereum says he has 20 years’ board experience as a CFO. Previous Valereum CFO JackSun joined board with new title of finance director in August, but resigned in late October.
