ActiveOps PLC - Reading, England-based management process automation software provider for back-office operations - Chair Sean Finnan informs board of intention to not stand for re-election at the company’s next annual general meeting in September 2024, after 10 years on the board. He will leave the company at this time. ActiveOps says it has already begun the search for his successor and will provide an update once his replacement has been found.
