Sosandar PLC - Cheshire, England-based online women’s fashion brand - Says revenue rises 5.7% to £22.2 million in the half year ended September 30 from £21.0 million a year ago. Swings to pretax loss of £1.3 million from a £77,000 profit the year before, driven by a 21% increase in administrative expenses of £13.3 million from £11.0 million a year prior. Looking ahead, expects to open its first UK stores in spring.

Co-Chief Executive Officers Ali Hall and Julie Lavington say: ‘Trading in the second half of the financial year to date has been encouraging, in line with full year market expectations, with November a record month of trading. This strong performance has been delivered across all our channels.’

Current stock price: 15.00 pence, up 4.9% on Tuesday
