Grit Real Estate Income Group - Pan-African property investment and management company based in Mauritius - Chief Financial Officer Leon Van De Moortele is taking a leave of absence for medical reasons. Grit Real Estate says it will make an announcement in due course regarding a temporary replacement. Reassures that it has continuity plans in place to ensure operations continue smoothly until such a person is found. Company also says Sam Jonah has stepped down from the board, and has hired Nigel Nunoo as an independent non-executive director, both effective immediately.

Looking Glass Labs Ltd - Vancouver-based Web3 platform specialising in NFT architecture - Hires Jared Gurfein as chief executive officer. Previous CEO Dorian Banks has resigned from his position with immediate effect. Gurfein was co-founder and CEO of Lucid Absinthe, and is currently a member of private equity firm Hawkwood Group LLC. He also owns private law firm Jared L Gurfein Esq.
