Schroder Japan Trust PLC - invests for long-term capital growth in undervalued companies in Japan - Francine Gibbs, wife of Director Alan Gibbs, buys 100,000 shares at £2.55, worth £254,500, on Monday.

Ricardo PLC - West Sussex-based engineering and environmental consultancy - Chief Executive Officer Graham Ritchie buys 22,611 shares at £4.40, worth £99,488, on Wednesday. He now has 52,815 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Flex Labs Inc - Whistler, Canada-based AI software developer - Supernova Digital Assets PLC sells 1.2 million shares, mostly at £0.066 each, worth £81,425, between December 27 and February 27. Mike Edwards is executive chair of both Flex Labs and Supernova, both of which are listed on Aquis Stock Exchange in London.
