LMS Capital PLC - London-based investment company net asset value per share on December 31 is 52.2 pence, down 9.5% from 57.7p the year before. Says its overall performance was impacted a £3.5 million reduction in value of its holding in Brockton Fund 1. Chair Robert Rayne says: ‘While we continue to nurture and support all of our investments we see our real estate activities, particularly in retirement living, as being a key area of focus over the next period in establishing a portfolio which can deliver our long-term goal. In particular, we will be focussed on identifying additional investment opportunities and funding partners with whom to develop our investment platform in the retirement living sector.’

Current stock price: 17.00 pence, down 4.8%
