Sondrel Holdings PLC - Reading, England-based semiconductor design services firm - Concludes negotiations of the exhibits to the material design and supply contract, which has a total estimated value of $23 million. The contract, Sondrel explains, is for a ‘next generation, video processing chip across the design, qualification and projected production life of the product’.

The initial contract value is over $9 million. Chip production and supply is expected to start in 2026. Subject to several conditions, the contract is expected to generate production revenues of $14 million over the 10 to 15 year production lifetime of the product, based on current customer forecasts.

Current stock price: 11.02 pence, up 5.0% in London on Monday afternoon
