DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Chemring Director Ord sells £500,000 in shares

The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to aerospace, defence and security markets - Director Michael Ord sells 138,209 shares at 358.13 pence each, worth £494,971. Director Sarah Ellard sells 113,974 shares at 357.75p, worth £407,741. Shares were sold in London on Friday. Ord now interested in 329,829 shares, whilst Ellard retains interest in 171,000 shares.

Hollywood Bowl Group PLC - Hemel Hempstead, England-based ten-pin bowling centre operator - Non-Executive Director Ivan Schofield sells 20,000 shares at £3.19 each, worth £63,842, in London on Friday. Also PCA of Schofield, Helen Schofield, sells 20,000 shares at £3.20 each, worth £64,024, on Thursday. Ian Schofield is now interested in 86,691 shares, including shares held by Helen Schofield.

NatWest Group PLC - Edinburgh-based bank - Mohammad Kamal Syed, interim chief executive of Coutts and Wealth Businesses, buys 29,545 shares at £2.60 each, worth £76,906. Shares were bought in London on Friday.
