Zenova Group PLC - London-based fire safety and heat management product developer - Non-Executive Chair Don Nicolson steps down. Appoints Fiona Rodford as new non-executive chair. Rodford is a long-time board member who currently chairs the Remuneration Committee.
Chief Executive Thomas Melchior says: ‘Fiona and I have had a productive and supportive working relationship for some time. I echo her sentiments regarding Don’s experience and professionalism in getting the Company to this successful inflection point, and I want to thank him personally for his service to Zenova.’
